We've visited Pizza Hut Rhyl several times now for both dine-in and takeaway, and the service has been consistently outstanding. The staff always go above and beyond, and the deals here are often better than those at other local spots. On our last visit, Andrea looked after us and was absolutely incredible—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even though it was close to closing time, we never felt rushed. This time, a young woman helped us with our takeaway order, and she was just as lovely—warm, helpful, and made the whole experience really pleasant. Highly recommend this location for great service, great value, and a welcoming atmosphere every time.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Absolutely no problem getting vegan, veggie and nut-free food Great atmosphere, easy parking. Accessed on the flat from the car park, the fully equipped disabled toilet is also accessed on the flat. We went in a large family group, had a lovely time and will continue to visit Pizza Hut.

We turned up unannounced for a Mother’s Day meal, after booking in a local restaurant nearby that shall remain nameless, and being sorely disappointed. Everything about this Pizza Hut was wonderful. The food was as excellent as usual, but the friendliness of the staff was the real deciding factor. Young man (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) was so great with my young grandson. Really enjoyable evening.

We stopped in at the same time as everyone else who was leaving the airshow. We phoned up in advance to book a table for 5, which was no problem at all. Then, when we arrived at a chaotic scene as everyone was descending on the restaurant, we were glad to find that they had still held our table for us. The manager and two waitresses were incredible, and all three worked as a team to make sure that everything ran as seamlessly as possible. They did incredibly well when the odds were stacked against them. The food was perfect, regardless of the pressure the chef must have been under. I'd definitely visit this pizza hut again, but hopefully it will be on a quieter day next time.

My dinner here was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was great, the food was pretty good, and I always love a good salad buffet. It was easy to find and a little small in the amount of tables so if you are thinking about it I would book just to make sure you get a table. And most of all it wasn't expensive either, for just a pizza looking around 15-16

Always enjoy a Pizza Hut. Had an issue with last takeaway order, but Jodie the manager was incredibly helpful. And the issue was resolved quickly! Very impressed with their level of service.

We tried here for lunch. Staff were attentive and very friendly and helpful. The food on offer was freshly baked and well presented Facilities were clean and tidy. Would go back. Definitely.

Excellent staff, service and food! I was with a large party of about 15 people for someone's birthday, and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Restaurant and toilets were clean, everything was great!
